A new extra setting has been added to the back-end signup page for members. Now you can do pro-rate on a class and a membership or override the pricing and set it to a later membership start date with charge-later:

A new switch has been added so that you can toggle between “Active Enrollments” and “All Enrollments.” The “Active Enrollment” or active bookings consists of only enrollments/bookings that have not dropped/canceled for that day. The “All Enrollments” consists of active & dropped enrollments/bookings total tally count for each day. You can find on your enrollment calendar.

There is a new tab for the member edit area. You can store forms and files for the selected member. To get this this page, click on the pencil icon when editing members.

This is a quick look at a shortcut to the monthly past dues. You can find this shortcut on your dashboard homepage. At “Paid Members” section is a clickable percentage number as shown below. Click on the percentage number and it will bring up a page of past dues for the month.
The page of monthly past dues allows admins to reconcile their facility’s past dues from the backend.
