Barcode scanning has a new scanning path which uses your class schedule’s calendar for a quicker scanning and class enrollment/booking process. You can find the added calendar page from your usually scanning page. Below is the scanning page with the calendar icon. Click on the icon to open the calendar page.
It will open a calendar along with the class schedules and the enrollment numbers.
Click on one of the class schedules to open up the scanning page. Using your wedged QR scanner connected to a computer, you can start scanning members and retrieving their short info. There is a checkbox next to their name that you can select to start adding a member for the class. If a membership does not include the class then you will see a icon (with the plus sign). You can click on this to start the sign up process to book this class.
Click on the ‘Enrollments’ tab to view who has enrolled into this class for the selected day.
* Note, we are adding in an optional detailed view when scanning.

Now you can speed up your plugin with our first phase of caching option for data pertaining to classes, class enrollments, membership signups and calendars. This option is located at the main setting page.

Now you can add in labels for other payments option. ‘Other’ payment option, categorized under Cash and Fiat payments, has been added to cover payments that are processed by manual reconciliation on our system.
To add in these labels go to Settings -> Payments and scroll down to the area pictured below:
Once it is added, it is populated in the membership assignment, payment reconciliation, payment history, and payment profile pages under the ‘Cash/Other’ payment tab.

Now you can add multiple timeslots for each day in the class scheduling page. After you have saved your class schedule there will be a visible plus ‘+’ icon next to each selected day. Click on it to add different time slots for each day.
Previously checkins save the main timeslot for each day. With this new addition, checkins will accordingly correspond to the new timeslots as of 08/12/2019.

We have added some new booking options for class scheduling and membership management. Now you can have both day pass and full schedule booking options for your members.
Scheduling Day Pass or Full Schedule Booking:
In the backend when scheduling a class you will see some of these available options.
Here are the options during scheduling:
A.) Book One Day of Class Schedule (Day Pass)
Give this schedule the option to be booked as a day pass with a day pass pricing.
B.) Book Entire Class Schedule
Enable full schedule booking for the member with full schedule pricing. This allows the members to have the options to automatically book the full schedule or book each class of the schedule individually.
*Membership Management Options for Class Packages:
There will be a scenario where you want to create a schedule that has both options for day pass and full schedule bookings but require to limit their option during class enrollments. For example you want members who signed up for a class package to enroll into their classes as a full schedule enrollment and not a day pass.
A.) Allows Day Pass/Full Schedule Selection
Displays both day pass and full schedule selection for this class package
B.) Show Only Full Class Schedule
Displays only the full class schedule. When scheduling if the ‘automatically book full schedule’ is selected then it will not display the date selection option.
C.) Show Only Day Pass
This will only display the day pass. If a member has not enrolled into a day pass they will be allow to enroll one time into the schedule but any other time they will be charged.
* Note that this is for members who are enrolled in your class packages and are logged into their account.
Frontend Booking Selection Options:
Above illustrates both options of day pass and full schedule booking turned on for this class schedule. Now members can book day pass or full class schedule for each schedule.
