Labels for other payments

 

Now you can add in labels for other payments option. ‘Other’ payment option, categorized under Cash and Fiat payments, has been added to cover payments that are processed by manual reconciliation on our system.

To add in these labels go to Settings -> Payments and scroll down to the area pictured below:

Once it is added, it is populated in the membership assignment, payment reconciliation, payment history, and payment profile pages under the ‘Cash/Other’ payment tab.

In the Cash/Other payment tab of Class and Membership assignment page:

In the Payment Reconciliation page under the ‘Cash/Others’ tab:

 

 

You can also find it in the ‘Payment History’ and ‘Payment Profile’ pages as a filter option:
