A.)Assigning Classes to another membership package
1.) Log into the backend system. Click on “Memberships” on the left navigation and sub-menu “Enrollment Calendar”.
2.) Click on a class on the calendar:
3.) Place mouse over the “Of Membership Type” of the class:
4.) A hover over information box will appear with the membership packaged this member has and their remaining enrollment for each package:
5.) Click on the link “Apply To This Membership” to switch the class to that membership package:
6.) Proceed to confirm the change:
7.) The “Of Membership Type” has changed:
8.) Hover over the name to see that the “Remaining Enrollments” for the other membership has increase by 1 after the switch:
