Wordpress Plugin Setup

A.) Prerequisites:

  1. 1.) Fitsoft Plugin Account
  2. 2.) Stripe Credit Card Gateway Account
  3. 3.) Keep up with the latest WordPress Site Version

B.) Setting up your Membership Management Plugin:

1.) Download the “Gym & Studio Membership Management” Plugin and upload it to your WordPress:

2.) Go to -> Plugins -> Click on ‘Activate’ link

3.) Go to “Membership Management” link and sign up for an account.

4.) Fill in account information.

5.) Check your email for an Email Verification link

6.) Click on the Email Verification Link.

7.) It should take you to a confirmation page

8.) Click on the “Continue” Button

9.) Type in your site url into the box.
 
If you have a sub-domain name then just type in the main hostname (i.e. if “membership.mysite.com” then please type in “mysite” ).

10.) Click continue

11.) Click on “Continue & Setup” Plugin

12.) Create your Stripe Account

13.) Click on “Connect with Stripe”

14.) Fill Merchant Account information.

15.) Check your email for the Plugin Credentials (Email Looks like the one below)

16.) On WordPress go to-> Settings -> Membership Management

17.) Copy and paste the username -> Email Address

18.) Copy and paste the password -> password

19.) Click on “Save Changes” button.

20.) Note that the password will not be saved. It is okay.

21.) Now go back to the “Membership Management” Page

22.) Go to “Membership Management” -> Click “Control Panel.” See the Options below to manage your memberships

23.) To add a portal for your member(s) to start using the system you can go to the editor on posts or pages and click on “Visual” tab to see the buttons .

24.) The first button, a trainer icon, is your class schedule.

25.) The second button, a calendar icon, is your class calendar displaying the whole class view.

26.) The third button, a lock icon, is the member login area for member to access their member’s area.

27.) The last button is the signup area.

28.) By Clicking on these buttons you can add calendar and class listings to your page
