Holiday or Vacation and Days Off Class Setting
Applying Holiday to All Class Schedules:
1.) Log into the backend system. Click on “Settings” -> “Main Settings” :

2.) Click on the “Membership” tab:

3.) Scroll down to “Manage Blackout Dates” and click on the “Calendar” icon:

4.) The global blackout date should open:

5.) Add in a blackout date. For this example we add in “12/26/2019” as a holiday:

6.) Once that is added. If we go to our class scheduling calendar we will see that December 26th has no classes on that day:

Applying Holiday to a Class schedule:
1.) Go to class scheduling calendar and click on a class:

2.) This will bring up the class scheduling options. Scroll all the way down to “Blackout Dates” and click on the “Calendar” icon:

3.) The blackout date setting page for this class schedule will open:

4.) For this example we add in “01/01/2020” to blackout for this class:

5.)Save it:

6.) Close the class scheduling option for that class. Here we see that this class is not showing for “01/01/2020”:
