Blocking Enrollment & Dropping Classes Prior Notice

1.) Log into the backend system. Click on “Settings” -> “Main Settings” :

2.) Click on the “Membership” tab:

3.) Scroll down to the “Booking Time Limit” area. Input in the hours prior to class starts for these sections.

This helps the instructor know exactly who are attending the classes without last minute surprises.

There are two sections for this. The first one is block members from dropping a class within a certain time before the class starts. The second one is blocking class enrollment or booking before class starts. These feature is a global settings and applies to all classes:
