A.) Changing membership on a member
1.) Log into the backend system. Go to the member’s listing area and click on the icon below:
2.) The add membership page will open up:
***This process will disable the old membership payment profile and membership status and add in the new membership and charge on the upcoming date of the old membership. Updating/changing membership will only work on recurring memberships.
